Ivy Ridge Academy is an effective specialty school for adolescents between age group of 12 to 18 years. Ivy Ridge Academy is determined in its effort to succeed with each one of its student. We personally look on each student’s individual needs and progress. Students attain all the necessary skills required for better and bright future. Students need to follow rules and a daily time schedule to work towards their success. Students learn to look at things with a positive bent of mind and develop self-esteem, confidence, and leadership skills. They also realize the importance of family and we help them to build a strong family unit.

Here students affected by negative peer group are helped through highly structured and controlled environment. We believe in tight supervision as it gives staff members frequent opportunities to judge inappropriate behavior and help students through best possible alternatives.

Student’s Day at Ivy Ridge Academy

Our students follow a planned schedule centered on academics. Day begins at 7:00 am and ends at 9:30 pm. It consists of approx. 6hrs of class time, fitness classes, meal breaks, and reading time. Students work on behavior management and emotional balance apart from academic programs throughout the day. Merit/demerit system is followed to assess students and we provide positive support. Students get the opportunity to share emotional experiences during daily progress and evening reflections group. Students spend a comparatively relaxed day on Sunday with extra hours of sleep, an evening movie, more leisure and quiet time. There are special occasions, activities, and privileges through which students enjoy liberty and have fun. Our students understand their role in the society and understand the significance of giving back to the community through ethics, leadership, and compassion.
